Comparing the termination provisions under clause-63.1 of fidic-4 and clause-15.2 under fidic-1999, it appears that the termination under clause 15.2 is not at the risk and cost of the contractor. Do you agree?

Does the above statement therefore mean that the Employers obligation to pay the outstanding money owed, or the Contractors obligations under Defects Liability of work completed, is also waived?</description>
